Three Recipe Examples-

Banana Protein Pancakes-

  1. 1/2 cup rolled oats, uncooked.

  2. 1 ripe banana.

  3. 1 eggs.

  4. 1/2 cup egg whites.

  5. 3 tsp baking powder.

  6. 1/8 tsp sea salt.

  7. 2/8 tsp ground cinnamon.

  8. ½- 1 scoop cup of protein powder.

  9. ½ teaspoon of olive oil

Macros-  (Two meals)

Carbs- 58

Fats- 9

Homemade Chicken Fried Rice-

  1. Chicken Breast 6-10 oz

  2. 1-2 cup of white rice

  3. 1 whole egg

  4. ½ cup of egg whites

  5. 1 cup of chopped broccoli

  6. Soy sauce or liquid aminos

  7. ¼ cup chopped carrots

  8. Green Onions

Macros- For 6 oz of chicken and 1 cup of rice (two meals)

Carbs- 63

Fats- 10

Homemade Burger and Fries-

Burger:

  1. 93 percent lean ground beef 6-10 oz

  2. ½ teaspoon of salt

  3. 1 whole egg

  4. ½ teaspoon of pepper

  5. 1 teaspoon of garlic

  6. Burger Sauce (optional)

  7. ¼ teaspoon cayenne peper

  8. Chopped Onions

Bun:

¼ head of lettuce

Or 

Hamburger Bun (look for low fat options)

Fries: Baked 

  1. 1-2 whole white or sweet potatoes

  2. 1 teaspoon of salt

  3. ½ teaspoon of cajun spice (optional)

  4. 1 tablespoon of Olive or Macadamia Nut Oil.
